you can submit it yourself thru the Report Missing Variant button at the bottom of the listing's variants page. this has been posted tons of times, so it's always a good idea to search first or read some replies to other 'missing variant' posts and for answers to other questions.
Here's how to submit it, and CPG prefers it done this way as it gets the request in the admin's que of stuff-to-do faster.
Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/hulk-vs-thor-banner-of-war-alpha/1/phwwnqp
Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'.
You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side below any listed variants.
Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can upload the image (yours is fine), and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, price, artist, publication date, etc. (like in your post). This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request.
