I often submit missing variants, and then I wait for them to be confirmed, keeping the browser tab open and refreshing every day or two. Well, I have a bunch of tabs that have been open for weeks, some for months. These are all books I have in-hand. I'm patient, but I also realize that I could be spending this time researching and confirming a few books for everyone rather than just hitting refresh on mine. I'd be more than happy to join the research team to help clear the backlog, to help the community. I've got free time and very broad interests. I've been into comics since the 80s and I've got the nerd brain for tracking and researching all kinds of weird anomalies. Who can I talk to about lending a hand?

Notes: There is both a trade dress version as well as a virgin version of the Jeehyung Lee main cover. I submitted the missing virgin edition, but it was initially rejected; I got a message linking to me to the issue "already existing in the DB," but the link lead to the standard A cover with trade dress. I do have both the A cover and the virgin variant in hand and can absolutely confirm there are two versions. So I resubmitted the missing virgin edition with a scan.

Notes: Stadium Comics had an exclusive ASM #194 homage variant, limited to 300 copies. I uploaded a scan. Cover price is $15. When I first acquired this, I wasn't sure which of many Sabrina series it was from, but I purchased a copy of Something Wicked #1, and confirmed that it's the same story within, and the indicias match.

We currently have almost 800 variants that need to be researched and approved. I can see that some of them have been claimed by admins so they should be approved soon.
