I've added Tom Palmer as cover artist for both editions.
Don Heck should be removed. Per the GCD:
"Inks originally credited to Don Heck by original indexer... Terry Staats confirmed via Facebook Messenger, on 18 September 2018, with Josef Rubinstein that the inker was Tom Palmer."
Also, Mark Gruenwald is credited on the Direct Edition. Afaik, he only worked on the script and edits, but I could be wrong.
