There are 2 listings for #1 with different values. One with a back cover ad and the other for a back cover photo.
All issues of #1 may have a photo back cover.
There may be no issues of #1 with an ad back cover. I'm not sure...
If this is the case, then the pricing needs to be corrected and updated please.

from what I checked online, the consensus is that there's only 1 version of #1, and the back cover ad version does not exist. Been this way for years, I don't see why so many places/sellers still says 'rare back cover photo' other than to fish for suckers. If after 50+ years no one's come up with a back cover ad version, it doesn't exist. OPG dropped mentioning the supposed back cover ad variant some time ago too. So time for CPG to do the same. comics.org is also behind the times. Issues #2 and 3 had ad back covers, but not #1. edited by collectibleshop on 9/19/2021

OPG used to intentionally include false information so the could catch people stealing their information. When Jon Warren started working on Wizard's price guide in the mid-90's, he wanted cover scans of first & last issues so he could confirm they existed.
