I saw Action Comics (vol. 2) annual #2 didn't have information. I added the writer then accidentally added him as the artist. You should document how to do this and have a way to remove/undo things.

oh, there's a way you can correct your mistake, but it's not explained anywhere on the site, but may be in the How To Videos by now. It should just be stated on the Verify Data page by now, but ain't.
but here's how:
when logged in, go to the Verify Data page, https://comicspriceguide.com/verify-data .
scroll down. under the Creators tab is the list of titles awaiting verification. use the dropdown to see the publishers list, click on the publisher of yours, then the appropriate alphabet letter for the title you need. when you get to it, you can get to the issue number on the list, then you'll see a trashcan icon to the right of it.
click that, then click 'continue' in the popup box to verify the removal, and voila, it's removed. only the submitter sees the trashcan icon, so no one else can mess with it.
