Came across this looking at tonight's auction over at Comiclink. It says it's Ms Marvel #1 and even the CGC label says it's Ms Marvel #1 but clearly it's #18.  Both companies dropped the ball on this one  I guess the people bidding on it want it since that it's Mystique's 1st full appearance? That or they aren't paying attention to what they are bidding on.

Huh. That's pretty strange. Either they screwed up, or the slab has been tampered with. But yeah, definitely issue 18.

There is also a Punisher #1 in that same auction that's messed up lol. I don't think it's a tampered label I think CGC accidentally selected the wrong number when printing the label and somehow nobody has gotten them to correct it.

They swapped the labels on two of mine once...so it definitely happens on CGC's end. I let them know and they paid shipping both ways and got the books back to me in under 2 weeks. I'd not guess tampering. It does seem sad that the auction house do anything about it. Setting themselves up for trouble!

I was thinking the same with the labels but I can't believe Comiclink had two of these type errors both in the same night. It only sold for $115 though, so whoever won it got it for less than what #18 at a 7.0 is going for lately.
