So I don't use the website's app very often and this has happened twice now both times when I needed the app due to not being at home. When I open the app I am no longer logged in and there is a JSON Parse Error. The first time it happened I logged back into the app once I got home and checked it a few days later and I was still logged in so I figured it must have been a fluke but then it happened again. Does anyone know what causes this or how to make sure the app doesn't log me out? Here is a picture of the error.

I noticed the same thing. All you need to do is log in on the app and that weird error will disappear. I've spoken with someone about this issue this morning.

Thanks Ron. I've been checking it every once and awhile since I logged back in and so far so good. Maybe the app is just mad at me because I don't use it enough

Went to use the app today and I am logged out again with that same JSON Parse Error.
