Merc Magazine is just the name of the publishing company. Jaime Tyndall is known for his magazine style covers, so that's what he named his company.
Deathrage is a standard comic. See attached.

These startup publisher with a 15 billion covers are killing me! I've added the two you requested, if you have more you need adding at this time let me know. The others will be added at some point but I'm not going to make it a priority until all other requests are satisfied
