it's called just Star Trekker, not Star Trekker 2, so if you put Star Trekker 2 in the title field it won't be found, so maybe that's the problem? both are listed:

mycomicshop lists the 1992 issues as just 'Star Trekker' too, and that's all the cover title says on both, no '2' or II. They have a pic of #1 too. they also note the 1991 issue as a trade paperback as it's 160 pages, so CPG might want to add that info, even tho it was pulled from distribution. So the 1991 is a TPB, and the 1992 are the 'series' such as it were.

"In Search of Humor" contains the story "Well, of course she's an idol singer", 18 pages, "Meet the crew of the Constellation 2", 4 pages of sketches, and what looks like b&w cover art from the two-volume Japanese collection, Star Trek: The Manga Parody. The indicia indicates that 3000 copies were printed. b&w

When listing titles we go by the title listed in the indicia not the cover. The GCD follows this practice as well, while mycomicshop just lists what they think would be easiest to find in a search, so I suspect the title of the 2 issue series should be Star Trekker II. Can someone who has one of these issues confirm this by looking at the indicia?

Did some searching and found indicia pics of both 1992 issues on ebay, so attached those. cropped #1's down to the indicia, so that's as big as I can get without artificially enlarging it which makes it fuzzy.
Now, the confusing thing is, #1's indicia and inside 1st page header says Star Trekker 2, while #2's says just Star Trekker, No. 2. So even they couldn't make up their mind what to call them.

Prices are all over the place, see none on the sold listings. So there ya go, another tree-fiddy in the bucket.
