I have a genuine issue 141 stapled together with two covers. It's genuine because I bought these comics when I was a teenager, read them and carefully stored them in a safe place. I finally decided to sell the and I found this issue. I can't find information if this is rare or of interest. Is it 1 in a thousand, 1 in a million?? What's your feeling regarding its value? It's in excellent condition, I read about sending this to CGC for grading and certification but wondering first if it is even worth it. Thanks.

Double cover issues are rare but not impossible to find. It would be impossible for anyone to know the real number for them. I would suggest doing an Ebay search for x-men and double cover. Find out what kind of price difference there is between a regular and double cover issue.
CGC will grade double covers and assign a grade to each cover. If yours is a high grade (above 9.4), I would recommend having it graded. Ron
