It's the interior of Daredevil #9, so missing the cover. there's a site where you can read many comics online, and it shows that as page 2 after the cover, but the color of the Daredevil box and story title is different, but their page pics looks brand new, so could be copies from a Masterworks version that was recolored here and there.

Some kind of insert, maybe distributed with no cover to begin with? The spine of the paper looks better than I would expect if the cover had been removed?
