I have a detective comics I believe number 69 not so good of condition.
New to all of this and an extremely overwhelming
collection I am trying to break down. What could i
realistically expect for it given lets say a 2.5 rating.
I don't see any selling.

CPG guide say $225 for a 2.5, but hard to know for sure without knowing current sales data, if there has been any in that grade area in who knows how long. heard of google? 'that' auction site? do some net searches and see what turns up on dealer sites, other auction sites etc.
You can upload a pic here too, or an attachment, and people can give their opinion of the grade, although pics don't show everything, so it's not great to grade by, but may help.

No recent sale of this one on eBay.
There are two graded copies listed (both 2.0) but they are asking crazy money for them. $6,000 and $7,400. Or best of offer.
I have a feeling that they are going to be sitting on there for a very long time at those prices.
