The collection is missing two Giant-Sized Annual #1 (1986) and #2 (1987).

they're listed of course. you just have to notice the 'tabs' at the top of the main title listing, for Annual, hardcovers, trade paperbacks etc.. Click the Annual tab on https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/x-factor/rlut and it will show all the annuals.
