It's faster if you submit it yourself. Save a GOOD cropped-to-the-edges pic with no watermark to your computer/phone first. (I'd reduce the size of the 1 you linked to by a 1/3 at least, but it'll get shrunk anyway). Then go to the page that issue should be on (and be logged in), click on the Variants tab, click on the red 'Report Missing Variant' button in lower right after the other covers, and fill in the info boxes as best you can, and upload the pic from your computer/phone, and they'll get to it when they get to it. Be patient, it may take weeks/months.

and a friendly tip---if you'd looked at any number of other posts about missing variants, you'd have seen this same answer a bunch of times. but sometimes the system gives people an error on the upload, so if you get that and it won't stop, then you report the variant here.
