according to the issues around it, and mycomicshop, this should be dated Feb 1999, not Dec. 1998, which is what #110 is at MCS and GCD. 111 is Jan, so 112 should be Feb.
I also submitted the dates and cover prices for the remaining issues, so it can get finished.
