We do not currently have a way to block people from communicating or offering to buy a book. If you have an issue with someone specifically, please try to work out something with them directly. If that doesn't work, please email me and I will work on resolving the issue.

Honestly, I'm not sure I even understand the issue. The OP said "Is there a way I can block communication and offers to buy books I have listed for sale??"
Why would you not want communications about books you've indicated you are willing to sell? Is it that you're selling them on eBay and you don't want to be messaged via CPG, or something?

I think he wants to block specific buyers. There are people abuse such systems and are a bigger headache than they are worth.

I have seen that but other people put offers like $15-20 on that same $10 book...That's just as bad

In general, some people spam venues where sales occur and try to bait you into revealing email or personal information. They add you to spam lists or disrupt your ability to sell.
