Hi,
The Doctor Who Graphic Novels published by Panini UK have been inconsistently listed. Some are under the title "Doctor Who Graphic Novels" and others are listed as single issues under the Graphic Novel story title.
I've attached a list of the issue numbers for each of the Graphic Novels (DWGN Issue Listing.png).
I've also attached screenshots of the inconsistent titles (DWGN1.png & DWGN2.png).
I hope you can find this information useful.

What does the indicia inside the front cover say the title is? So let's take one of the graphic novels you mentioned as an example.
Doctor Who Graphic Novel #19
or
Doctor Who: The Blood of Azrael
