I am looking to sell the lot of comics I have listed on this site. I want to sell them all together. Does anyone have any tips on how I can go about listing them or finding potential buyers? There are over 3000 comics with a book value of over $13,000. I would appreciate any advice.

There are some basic things that will help you understand how to sell your collection. 1. The more work you put in, the more money you will get out. If your time is limited, sell as a lot. If you have more time, then sell individually
2. The more expensive the lot, the fewer the buyers.
3. Key issues are the key to your collection Regular issues do have value but when compared to a key issue the audience is much less. You have the first appearance of Carnage in your collection, you can expect to get very close to the guide price for that issue. Everyone wants that book. Regular issues with no significance won't be as easy to sell.
Please feel free to ask any additional questions, Ron

not the right forum for this, you'd get more replies in General. This forum is for listing actual auction notices or comics for sale NOW. You can find buyers on this site, but it's not very quick to look up each issue and find the 'Wanted' button and contact people who hardly ever reply. You can post a free classified ad on CPG once you've figured out what you want for them. https://comicspriceguide.com/classifieds . google searches for 'buy/buying comic book collections' etc should turn up multiple dealers, just do your due diligence on them before you commit. Craigslist has free local ads so you might find a local buyer with cash and not have to fool with shipping. Many other places to advertise if you do some searches, and about a billion 'how to sell your comics' articles and opinion sites/blogs etc that will contradict each other, as usual.. The guide value will be way over what you can get for a bulk sale unless you have OLD or really hot key books in there, so be prepared to take a bath on what you can actually get vs guide price. try to grade them as best you can too.
others can suggest more options, don't have time right now. edited by collectibleshop on 2/24/2020
