Batman Ghosts A Legends Of The Dark Knight Halloween Special from 1995, Jeph Loeb, Tim Sale, is not in the database.

of course it is, just not under its own long title. It's under the Batman Legends Of The Dark Knight 1989-2007 series, wait forever for that to load, then click the Special tab, and you'll see all 3 Halloween issues listed. 1995's is here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman-legends-of-the-dark-knight/3_special/pjwxjy
always try fewer keywords, and always look under the main title for annuals, trades, hardcovers and specials.
