While reading some old comics (Daredevil vol.1 #79). On page 21 there is cut scene with a couple named Stanley and Joan and man talks about going home to write Spider-man could this be an early appearence of the Lees in comics?

That's actually really interesting.
Daredevil #79 was released on March 1972
One site says Fantastic Four #10 but it doesn't show his face.
Then Amazing Spider-man annual #1 (1964)
Then Fantastic Four Annual #3 (1965)
Then Fantastic Four Annual #5 (1967)
At the fifth spot, Daredevil #79 (1972)
