I can't seem to find a price for this printing with the 'memoriam' sticker on the front. I'm pretty sure this IS the first edition, but no cover photos showed the sticker as mine has. Hmmm.

saw one on closed auctions for $61, but all the rest had no sticker. not sure how much price difference that may make. comics.org pics show no sticker and say there's 4 printings. lots of other sources you can check and see how many show the sticker version, try a google search with 'sticker' in it and see what turns up.
