The problem that I have is that the front page is not original. On the inside cover it says the cover has been replace, Is there any value and if so about how much. I rate this book at 6.5, thank you

You didn't give us the title of the book so we don't know exactly what you're talking about.
If the copy is a photocopy there is no way that is a medium grade (6.5) book. It has to be NG or No grade in my opinion.
