Probably having a little to do with Frank Cho not doing the Harley Quinn variants anymore, and so many comic shops cut back, and then this Tedesco variant when wild. I had ordered myself two copies and I got them, but I would have ordered more if there was a little bit more skin. Oh well, better safe than sorry. This book was gone immediately and I don't even think it hit the shelves of many stores. Probably all the copies were spoken for before ahead of time.

What may be following in the pattern of this Harley Quinn # 57 could be Wonder Woman # 62 variant next week. Jenny Frisson has dropped off the variants which will probably cause comic shops to cut their orders and there is this new fascinating cover that I ordered two of already and now I noticed it is sold out at Midtown super fast. The weird thing is the cover is not necessarily sexy like I like to order, but there is something fascinating about this cover.

I think there are a couple things at play with Harley Quinn #57.
1. Cho was gone and orders were down.
2. 1st appearance of Mirand'r
3. Tedesco's art is gorgeous
We adjusted the price to reflect the current market which is exploding with sales for this book!

Good luck getting that Wonder Woman cover. It's long gone and it has not even come out to the stores yet.

Next week's Harley Quinn variant cover of number 58 is hot.. Looks like a Japanese artist took LSD and went wild. Then I think the next Batgirl variant coming up by a new artist will be hot, also.

I like the Jim Lee self portrait but I don't see it shooting up like Batgirl did. It's impossible to predict this market so who knows?
My prediction is that Detective #1000 Adam Hughes cover, Frankie's Comics Exclusive is the next big price jump. It's a gorgeous cover.

I see it as being in high demand at any convention that Jim Lee attends in that it is a perfect comic for him have signed. Not only that, but it is three to four weeks out and is already sold out at Diamond and it was sold out at least a week ago.

Today I saw they are delaying the book by three weeks and adding nine pages to it and keeping the price the same. Now I think they may open it up to more orders so it won't be as exclusive as it could have been. So the Batgirl number 23 comparison is probably not justified anymore.
