I found a copy of Batman Adventures 28 that has the bat symbol instead of the UPS. Is this a variant or maybe a 2nd printing? I do not see it listed in the price guide.

Just a direct sales version rather than a newsstand, which has the UPC.

The one with the UPC though also says "Direct Sales" so I'm not sure it's that.

They copy with the Batman symbol instead of a upc is a second print, not a direct. See link below.

Can anyone actually confirm , not from a website, but from indicia that the batlogo version is a second print? GCD just lists it as a variant
