That is a huge price adjustment for this book. Is that a fair market price? I don't think so.
Not that I own this book, but I would be pissed if I did.

It dropped from 1400 to 248. Maybe it should be 1248?

I didn't make this major adjustment to this book but when I looked at current completed auctions on eBay, Heritage, etc. the numbers look correct. Sometimes books get hot because of speculation and then drop off in value after the rush is over. It's always important to say, we don't control the market only report on it.
