I believe that the value of Batgirl #12 vol 3 2010 is WAY OFF what it has been selling for. Both raw and slab books are selling way over what this guide has.

I'm going to look at all the current and vol. 3 Batgirl comics today. Middleton and Lau variants are red hot. (and gorgeous)

Check out all the Batgirl pricing now. I believe that it is an accurate representation of the current market.
