i was given a biff thundersaur comic book that is signed by Cline Siegenthaler and is printed in black and white does anyone have any information on this or know where i can find some information?

We don't typically value signatures that you get from artists because of variables. Is the person alive or dead? Can it be verified? Is he or she popular right now? Ultimately it comes down to what someone is willing to pay for it.
