It was originally published DEC 1992 NOT NOV 1992. Also has DEC on cover and I own this issue.

On a side note Buffalojames, I've been collecting a lot of comics published in July'71 (my birthday month), that do NOT always have JULY on the cover.
Checking the indicia inside is always the best bet of publishing date.

Laroo42, I know, but in this case it was the easiest way to see that it was incorrect. I own a few issues that do state one date or month on the cover and inside on the indicia it will state a different, correct one.
