you're looking at the 2010 REPRINT. The 1978 original is listed under All New Collectors Edition as always: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/all-new-collectors-edition/56/piwvcp

another 'oops' price to report on their pricing thread. no, that reprint is NOT worth any $250, even if it is a hardcover, nor is the original. how they came up with that price is beyond me...
