I've accidentally clicked the "I Own" twice on multiple comics. Is there any way to get rid of the extra copies from my online collection?

Click on the number of the book you want changed it will take you to this page ...
example:- http://comicspriceguide.com/titles/uncanny-x-men/rlux
Then click on "My Collection". http://comicspriceguide.com/collection/marvel/uncanny-x-men/137/ymttn#_mycollection
You will see a "X" near which one you need to delete it.
