Searching for MJ, Spidey clashes with Manslaughter Marsdale. who doesn't know anything about the kidnapping. In the Bedford Towers secret room, MJ throws ice in Caesar's face but his men stop her before she can escape. Caesar threatens to cut her if she attempts escape again. At the Bugle, JJJ orders all his reporters to get info on MJ's kidnapping. Pete visits Joe Robertson in the hospital.
Informed that Spidey is looking for MJ, Caesar calls in Styx and Stone to deal with him. Later, Caesar spots Spidey swinging home and sends Styx and Stone after him. As they fight in Central Park, MJ escapes by bashing Caesar with a lamp, then dropping it in the melted ice in which his goons are standing. She grabs one of their guns arriving in the park just as Styx prepares to use his death-touch on Spidey. Shooting wildly, she scares Styx & Stone off. Pete & MJ are reunited while the police take Caesar away.

The Amazing Spider-Man continues to comb the city for his dear wife Mary Jane! Searching for MJ, Spidey clashes with Manslaughter Marsdale. who doesn't know anything about the kidnapping.

In the Bedford Towers secret room, MJ throws ice in Caesar's face but his men stop her before she can escape. Caesar threatens to cut her if she attempts escape again.

At the Bugle, JJJ orders all his reporters to get info on MJ's kidnapping.

Peter visits Joe Robertson in the hospital.

And word of the web-slinger's frantic search reaches Jonathan Caesar! As a result the demented businessman hires two creepy assassins called Styx and Stone to exterminate the wall-crawler!

Later, Caesar spots Spidey swinging home and sends Styx and Stone after him. When Styx and Stone ambush the amazing one in Central Park, it looks indeed like Spidey's bones will be broken! But help from an unlikely redhead may save the day!

As they fight in Central Park, MJ escapes by bashing Caesar with a lamp, then dropping it in the melted ice in which his goons are standing.
