I have requested that Limited Collector's Edition C-20 (which contains no number) be listed in the guide, but it has not as of yet.
The issue came out in 1972 and featured Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer on a rocket. While it is not numbered, it is considered to be the first issue in that series and while it can be found on ebay quite easily, cannot be found as easily as the other issues in the series.
