<description><![CDATA[For those curious, we changed the process so that when you request a file, it goes into a server queue that processes in order.  This may lead to INCREASED download times, but will remove instances where your download gets cancelled because server resources are too high.  It should always message you when your file download is done, so you don't need to actively wait for it anymore.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I had this same problem years ago.  I discovered that you have to be a gold member in order to download the Excel Spreadsheet of your collection.  My collection is currently more than 6 thousand and I able to download it with no problem.  Hope this helps.]]></description>
