Without actually seeing and touching the book, we can never know exactly what the grade may be, but know that a 10.0 grade is EXTREMELY rare. A 10.0 is literally taken straight off the press and immediately preserved. One of the comics is Superman, The Man of Steel, #1. All of my comics were purchased brand new and immediately inserted into plastic sleeves and kept in a comic book box. The plastic bags kept most of them in good condition - they were in a few inches of water for a few hours, and the plastic bags saved most of them. If I take them to a comic book store would I expect to get a Graded Value of US $120.00?
