They were printed at the same printer. An error like this would likely not increase the value on the book except in very rare cases. There are no values for misprints because they are scarce and who would consider them more valuable and how much is going to vary widely. It is completely subjective.

The only misprints that often have more value are multiple covers and recalls. The rest are more often than not going to hurt the value.

Hmm. In my opinion this sounds like a case of an individual deliberately putting a cover and a coverless comic together.
The reason I believe this is checking references.
1) Check here - no verified recall of FF #246
http://www.recalledcomics.com/ComicsByPublisher.php#Marvel
2) Check the Marvel Wiki - no mention of variant issues.
http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Fantastic_Four_Vol_1_246
3) Check sellers - no mention of variants
https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?tid=82151&pgi=201
Also check CPG - yep - no variants.
Sorry I think you have a phony
KDS.

Hello;
I am brand new to the site. I did not see a topic related to this.
Is there a way to estimate values for mis-printed comics? I have a Marvel Fantastic Four #246 with a DC Night Force #2 cover.
Thanks!
