Printing pressed were mechanical devices - no comptuer controls, no sensors or anything like that. Printing was depending on a mechancial device to keep the page square. Paper was of medicore quality too - comics were not meant to be kept for a long time.
Interior pages that have a little extra paper where the mechanism did not "cut" the page square - as long as they are minior - are no big deal.
Covers that were cut off center or skewed - well - it all depend on "how bad is it?"

How bad do you think it is? Not too bad, but obvisouly not correct.
All defects detract from value - how bad the defect is is how much it detracts value.
