Glorkar,
You are correct.
If you search for an individual title, Amazing Spider-Man, that counts as 1 search.
If you search for an individual issue, Amazing Spider-Man 300, that counts as 1 search.

This is only on the Android app right now. It isn't on the website or the old Apple app.

We want to continue to add innovations to the site and app and that takes money.

So for clarification:
Searching for Amazing Spider-Man #300 = 1 search
Searching for Amazing Spider-Man, then click on 20 different issues = still only 1 search?

It only counts what's entered into the primary search box?

You are correct, we do need to make some money, not CGC money, but some money to continue doing all the things we do.

For the website, that search limit isn't currently in place so you could easily switch to the mobile version and get around it. For the Android app, we did several series of extensive testing to confirm that the search was 25. It's 25 titles or if you get specific in your search, 25 issues per day. I tested it several times on paid, free, Google, Facebook and Apple based accounts. Are you using the new Android app or the old Apple app. The Apple app will be replaced in less than 2 weeks when I get that testing finished.
Thanks
Ron

I realize that this site makes money by selling subscriptions, so that makes me sort of a cheapo looking to get something for nothing. But I'm not a big time serious collector, and sometimes I just come here to see what they think some comics might be worth before I make somebody an offer or before I bid on something at eBay.

So here's the issue and the question. Even though there is supposed to be a 25 comic daily limit to search comic values, I have never even gotten close to that before I get a pop up that says daily limit reached. It usually pops up after about 10 to 12 comics, today it was 8. I only had 11 comics I wanted to look up and I'm already locked out until tomorrow after 8 .................. that's less than a third of the daily limit. So can somebody explain why, if it says everyone gets 25 free a day I never do? Thank you
