admins look at the forum last, so going thru the system gets it to them quicker. if you find a TITLE or maybe a stand-alone one-shot that's missing, then you have to post that here since only admins can add titles.

if you're using the missing variant function and it's taking them, then no, you don't need to post them on the forum too. CPG prefers people to use the 'system' to report variants, so save yourself some posting time and just use that. if you don't know, you can check to see if your variant subs have been added yet this way (copied from Ron's post from 2020): "When you submit a variant on the site, that variant will appear in your account under the issue. For example, let's suppose you added a variant to Detective 1027.
https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/detective-comics/1027/phppctw
If you went to the bottom of the variants listed, you will see your variant submission last. No one but you can see that submission. You also have the ability to edit it or delete it."
so with that many variants for #1, you can bookmark them individually instead of having to scroll a ton to get to your subbed ones to see if they're still in the queue or not.
edited by collectibleshop on 2/4/2025

Yup another and more to go. See if I can get it perfect this time, and lmk if I should also keep posting these on the forum or if using the "missing variant" tab is all I need.

This one is yet again TMNT #1, IDW Comics, July 2024. This is a negative space Raphael pic by Eskivo (cover credit on back lists "Eskivo" as one name, no first/last).

Variant posted here;

https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles/phxsmw
