you can submit them yourself into the system by using the Report Missing Issue link and form found at the bottom right of the search results for that title. It's under the green 'Create a new box' button. Click it and you'll get a page to fill in as much info as you can. if you provide pics, MAKE SURE they're not pre-production pics like Previews often has, which apparently CPG used for the #1 pics.
