it works when I submit variants and bother to go look again later--either says 'pending' or the pic is approved and showing. but you're not the only one who's experienced super slow approval, but they get hundreds of variants a week these days, and don't get all the store exclusives, so they have to rely on members for many of those. sometimes stuff gets turned down because the pic is too big, wrong format or corrupted, or a Previews solicitation version that's not the production version, and CPG won't tell you that when they turn it down, usually, so you don't know.

an admin can weigh in on this. I think it's better to try and contact them directly when something is taking forever to get approved, but it's not against the rules to post about it again (they don't want a second submission tho). I've always used the tool and have had to follow up here to things I've posted a half year ago just to get noticed.
