Sorry for my incorrect wording, I have 4 CGC graded books that fall in the 9.9 - 10 range. Maybe if the owner can provide proof of their comic? I have provided the certification below and can also provide photos if needed.

CGC 1598944007 https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/1598944007/
CGC 1589811008 https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/1589811008/
CGC 1589811012 https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/1589811012/
CGC 0059637014 www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/0059637016/
edited by Draven68 on 4/15/2022
edited by Draven68 on 4/16/2022
edited by Draven68 on 4/16/2022

There are a few things involved in this question.
The first is the reliability of PGX grading. We don't use PGX sold prices in our database because of our doubts. As well as the vast difference in the prices between CGC, CBCS and PGX.

The second thing is that we are constantly checking the census to see if 10.0 and 9.9's exist for a certain book. If the book doesn't exist in the CBCS or CGC census it is changed to zero. Those two levels have massive fluctuations in prices from the already crazy high 9.8 graded price.

With the zero-value books, you can add them to your collection and put notes about the price you paid. Currently, that is the only way to show that you have a PGX 9.9 or 10.0. Maybe we could create some type of manual pricing for a book like that. It would need to be labeled manual pricing or something like that.
Ron

To begin, I understand the hesitancy for the validity of PGX and their grading but if legitimate proof can be provided for owning a graded book this high, is there another recourse that can be provided to get a value for them?
