GCD doesn't give a month, and lists it as The Supernaturals Tour Book, which to me is how CPG should have it too, makes it easier to find, and the subnote even says 'not a true 0'. GCD also says it's less than 50% comics, so that's below the CPG standards too, but depends on the interpretation of the inside. but if it doesn't have 0 on the outside or inside (?) then it shouldn't be listed as #0, right?
