found what's supposed to be an HRN 71 on e*** along with some others that matched (.15 price is on the right side vs the left), so cleaned and straightened it up and attached it.

The highest =reorder box/line would literally be 21. If the ad is higher, like 134, you need to find the entry for that HRN version.

The covers for the issues often change for the same issue, but with different HRNs and they span years.
