Since they do a re-cap for each issue on page 2, #6's should not be the same as #5's, so either the printer messed up, or that site did, but when you're scanning an issue, you generally keep all the pages together. so my guess is there was a printing error, and #6 was put OUT in Jan as the normal monthly publishing would go, following the other issues. But people reading the indicia quickly may not catch the #5 in #6, so GCD and mycomicshop could be wrong.

Thing is, according to comics.org, that is the published date, apparently 5 & 6 were both published in Dec 2003 for some reason.
