note to CPG: Cover title says Spider-Man AND X-Factor, but you have it as Spider-Man/X-Factor. Everyone else has it with the And. I would have to agree on that. A lot of the titles with the "/" in place of "and" was put in many years ago. There are a few here and there that have this problem.
Also to check. I looked up the indicia of this book, it does have the word "and".
I fixed it, Put "and" in.
