You should then be able to click the "Choose File" button to find your picture.
There may be a file size limit. So if you have a really large, detailed picture, you may need to resize it. I know for cover scans they like them around 500kb.
I just open my pics up in paint, then resize them. It shows the file size at the bottom of the screen. So if I didn't shrink it enough, I undo, use a smaller percent, then save again until I'm good.
