<description><![CDATA[OK I made some offers on some books and the seller keeps "Declining" them telling me to make an offer again I do it again then he declines again and says make an offer again.<br/><br/>Now these are for common books that are going for $3-4 on the site and that's what he has them for so if they are only worth $3-4 and you have them listed for $3-4 then what is the problem?<br/><br/>I'm tired of some of these games these sellers are playing do you want to sell your books or not?<br/><br/>If you have a books listed at $3 and it books for $3 I'm not giving you $10 for it...<br/><br/>This is getting old can we somehow report this somehow?]]></description>
