As for the increased value? The book does seem to be recently selling between $30 and $60, with graded versions going between $50 and $150. I'm not sure of the Artgerm cover has anything to do with it. The book seems to be selling in the low $30's for ungraded copies on eBay. The N/M price listed above is $8. People are claiming it is the first appearance of Batman Beyond, but I don't see that designation on this site or on any CGC graded copies. Might need to keep an eye on that.
