Currently it would grade at 1.5 at best - about $100. (Plus it is incredibly hard to sell in this condition !!!) If it was 6.0 it would be $500. Graded 6.0 would be $855.
If it was graded - even with "restoration" label - (discounting for restoration) - price would be some where between $500 and $855.

This is what I would do - you are welcome to choose your own path.
