Right now? It's worth a ton. Sounds like you have a good book to own!

Some thoughts.
1. Stan Lee went to countless conventions and shows and charged nearly $100 a pop. (Based on shows a few years ago) Everyone who wanted his autograph has his autograph, except for speculators and procrastinators.
2. Stan Lee was extremely instrumental in so many comic characters. His importance to the hobby cannot be overstated.
3. This is the worst time to buy a Stan Lee autographed piece and the best time to sell one.

Before his death, I would say around $100 but now it's insane.

I am seeing some crazy prices for Stan Lee signed CGC books, some really off the charts. Just how much is Stan's signature worth? (providing it is a yellow label signature series of course).

I picked up a copy of ASM #39 graded 8.5 (CGC signature series) and signed by Stan some years ago. I reckon it is a good book to have signed by the man.
